Beverly is an effective leader who inspires multidisciplinary teams to create and implement innovative business solutions and marketing and advertising programs that drive business success.

She believes in a single view of the customer that yields positive customer engagement at each touchpoint in the customer journey and a “pathway to purchase” that optimizes company ROI. As an advisor to small & middle market businesses, Beverly assists companies in the assessment of growth strategies as well as operational controls. As the revolution in media has changed the way businesses market and advertise, she helps companies reimagine they way they communicate their value by taking a deep look into the company’s analytics to derive actionable insights to determine whether a company or brand needs to refine, retool, redefine or reinvent itself.

Beverly has had 30+ years experience creating successful marketing, advertising, CRM/eCRM strategies & programs for iconic brands such as American Express, Citi, Avon (makeup, skin care), Obagi Skin Care, Calvin Klein Fragrance, DeBeers Diamonds, Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble. Notable career successes include leading the agency team that introduced one of the first affinity credit card/airline loyalty programs, Citibank AAdvantage Card as well as the marketing and advertising campaign for the reintroduction of blockbuster drug, Enbrel.

Beverly also has extensive experience in pharmaceutical and biologic commercialization.

Beverly has had extensive P&L responsibility during her career.
